I highly recommend Metrowest & Spa, but even more so, NANCY! She truly is amazing. I definitely will be back. I’ve been here 3 times already and this time I had Bebe. My nails came out better than I was expecting! I wanted a little design on my ring finger and Bebe took her time creating this beautiful stone design. I would definitely recommend coming here. I couldn’t be happier with how my nails came out.

I literally just got my nails done about a week-2 weeks ago and somehow 5 nails popped off in the same exact spot which is where you would put the tip on. Unbelievable. Nobody is spending $100+ on nails that won’t last more than a week. The woman (Whom i believe is names Luc/Lucy) seemed to be new. This is not a time to practice on people spending real money.

Two of the Asian lady’s did not understand what I wanted. The First Lady said she didn’t know how to do my nails and I asked for something simple. I wanted her to put a tip on one of my broken nails and just do a polish change and short no designs nothing crazy. She couldn’t do this how can you work on a salon if you have no experience on nails?? The other lady tried to do my nails and also didn’t understand what I wanted and was rude with me. I kept telling her I didn’t want acrylic and she kept ignoring me. Second time I come here and she’s always rude. She then didn’t want to finish her job and didn’t even start painting my nails and made another lady do my nails and gave me attitude. I was really frustrated. I liked this lady she spoke Spanish and so do I so at least I was able to speak to her. She was very nice but didn’t have the exact color I wanted. She did get a similar color and did a good job. The process did take 2 hrs. I won’t recommend coming back these people were so rude except for her.

I have been coming to Metro West Nails and Spa for over a year now. I have never left disappointed. My nails are always well taken care of and the atmosphere is so relaxing. They usually will have music playing and will ask if you want something to drink. They know how to take care of their customers and are very creative. I love when I get a technician who can come up with a great design idea for me. I’ve had nails that have been blinged out to some that are very simple and they always look great! Highly recommend

I left my nail place I’ve been at for 2 years to try this place out , referred by a good friend that informed me they were so efficient and serene,& great quality. Nice atmosphere. But the QUALITY of my nails was not up to par ., .the lady was nice that I got a gel fill by they looked good at first but my nails look like I Need a fill, only after a week . Usually a gel fill being that it’s more EXPENSIVE I Always get jus because I know it lasts up to 3-4 weeks. Very unhappy . I may or may not go back . -Undecided. I also gave a tip to both techs for my pedi and nails .plus they charge extra for what my other salon includes .not a happy camper .
